About Us

Our Story

As the Managing Director, I have been involved in care since I was 21, providing care and support to family members. My mother was young when she suffered her first stroke and was left half-paralyzed with very minimal movement on the right – hand side and we as a family have seen that this was emotionally hard but in the same time it needed attention and care.

It has been nearly 20 years that my mother has 24-hour care and we have been there, hands-on to find her the care providers that we could trust the most precious person in our lives. This gave me first-hand experience and I saw the importance of caring for our loved ones.
In the meantime, I carried on growing career wise and finished a degree in Psychology at Westminster University in London and later on a Master of Science in Clinical and Community Psychology at the University of East London.

I understood the importance of a clinical psychologist in the field of home health care services and how our role is of paramount importance in the field. We have the ability to screen in detail with various empathy tools and communication checklist as well as thorough background screening for the care providers that shall be matched to the patients. These are tools that would make the family members like myself and also the patients to feel safe and secured with the quality care they receive.

During my Clinical Psychology training, I worked with individuals that were victims of domestic violence, sexual violence, bereaved by homicide and had gone through trauma in their lives. I also volunteered for charities and hospitals such as St Mary’s Hospital in London where I was a companion for the elderly who had long term illnesses and needed someone to talk to by their bedside.

Drawing on all the experience and expertise that I have gained, reliability, compassion, empathy and dignity are some of the key pillars which form the basis of our Florida services.

These experiences had a profound impact on me as a person and inspired me to start a home care service which reflects the values and ethos that I learnt first-hand.
